1. AGREEMENT TO TERM

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

In order to improve your experience with us, Powerball Marketing and Logistics Corp. may send you communication materials, including but not limited to administrative and law mandated announcements, projects, campaigns or promotional materials.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use;
2. you are eighteen (18) years old and above and residing in the Philippines.;
3. you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
4. you presented an original and valid government-issued photo identification document and complete an application form to register;
5. you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
6. your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation; and
7. Employees of Powerball Marketing and Logistics Corp.,, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members up to the second degree are not eligible to join.

4. COLLECTION AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

Powerball Marketing and Logistics Corp. collects your personal information as a requirement of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and for the purpose of providing you with our services. In processing your personal information our company adheres to a strict privacy policy in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

1. In addition to the above mentioned purposes, our company collects personal information through this sign up form, which will be used to facilitate the transaction, track and administer your account, and improve efficiency in providing you with our products and services.
2. Our company shall keep the Player’s information strictly confidential. The information you give us will not be sold, shared to subsidiaries, third party service providers, suppliers, related companies or made available to the public, except in line with the disclosed purposes, in the
   course of our ordinary business, or when authorized by and in accordance with Philippine law or any valid order of the court or government agencies.
3. Our Company applies strict security measures and uses automated systems to make sure that the Data Privacy standards for confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data are met. Our employees are trained to handle your personal data and we have internal controls in place to avoid and handle personal data breach.

5. PROMO MECHANICS

1. To participate, purchase any Scratchit ticket and register the barcode from non-winning tickets using the Scratchit website. (www.scratchit.com.ph)
2. Entries are awarded based on ticket value:
   
   ○ ₱20 ticket = 1 entry
   ○ ₱50 ticket = 3 entries
   ○ ₱100 ticket = 8 entries
   
   
3. Each ticket can only be registered once for any Scratchit Second Chance Draw Raffle. Duplicate registrations, tampered tickets, or attempts to manipulate the system will result in automatic disqualification. Participants will receive a confirmation message upon successful registration of a ticket.
4. Winners will be drawn randomly using a secure and verifiable electronic system.
5. Winners will be notified via their registered mobile number and announced on Scratchit’s official social media pages.
   
   

6. REDEMPTION OF PRIZES

1. Winners must present the following to claim their prize:
   
   ○ The original registered non-winning ticket with their name and contact details written at the back.
   ○ A valid government-issued ID that matches the registered information.
   
   
2. Prizes must be claimed within three (3) months from the winner announcement date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
3. Winners will shoulder any applicable taxes on prizes in compliance with Philippine law.
4. For prizes exceeding [amount], winners must claim their prizes in person at the designated Scratchit office, located at [insert address].
5. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of tickets and participants’ identities.
6. Any fraudulent activity or breach of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification.

By signing below, I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, I have read and understood the Terms of Use above and agree to abide by them, and declare that the details in this application are true and correct.

I likewise acknowledge and agree to be bound by, and undertake to comply with, the house rules, regulations, and policies issued by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office concerning the operations and management of this establishment.
